Refund Policy
Effective July 10, 2026. LaunchBuddy provides an ongoing managed growth workspace. This policy explains the free week, subscription cancellations, and refund requests.
Your free week
Your first managed-workspace week is free and does not require a card. If you do not start a paid plan, the workspace pauses after seven days and you are not charged. Your original growth plan remains available to review.
Managed plans
Managed growth is $49 per month unless a custom written scope says otherwise. You can cancel anytime before the next billing period, and you are never locked in. Work already performed in the current period is not refunded unless LaunchBuddy cannot provide the agreed service.
How to request help
Email support@getlaunchbuddy.com with your account email, approximate purchase time, workspace URL if available, and the issue. We review support and refund requests case by case.
